My daughter has been more interested in learning to drive this summer. I think it is directly related to the number of her friends that have already received their licenses. She asked if we could go get ice cream after dinner tonight and of course I fell for the trap and said yes. The next questions was ‘Can I drive?’. Don’t get me wrong, she is a great driver. Probably should schedule her road test but she needs a little more practice with driving in the city.
Anyway, I thought I would use the short trip to play with the camera in the car. I managed to get a few usable images but threw away quite a lot more. Here are a couple I liked. Nothing earth shattering, but it was fun to play…

My daughter is the opposite….we signed her up at a driving school (which she finished recently, but still has a few months to go until she can take her driving test) and she will NOT ask to drive!
Great captures! (Gas is about 50cents cheaper here!)
Thanks! I’m not sure I’m ready for her to be on her own with the car. lol But I do know she has a better sense of direction than her older brother. Had to buy him a GPS! 🙂
She told me when we returned home that if I wanted more pictures she is more than willing to drive me around.
Haha, I think mine might have to borrow the GPS along with the car.
How sweet of your daughter to offer to drive you around…even if she does have an ulterior motive 😉
