The new Fire Emblem video game came out on September 17th and to say I’m obsessed with it might be an understatement. It isn’t like I haven’t done other things, but it has been at the top of the to-do list for a few weeks. So, as a distraction, I thought I would attempt to get you focused on bright colors and floral details. Is it working?

Blackbird Days

Museum of Aviation, Robins AFB

This week is the Blackbird Days at the Museum of Aviation at Robins AFB. I decided to forget about work on Friday and return to the museum for the event. For those unfamiliar, the Blackbird is the name of the SR-71 aircraft, a long-range, high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft. The particular aircraft on display at the museum is the one that holds the world speed record for a manned jet aircraft at a speed of 2193.167 mph, or Mach 3.3.
