A friend of mine on G+ has been doing a series of images involving color. The first was ‘I Hear Colors’ and now she is doing one called ‘I Feel Colors’. They are intriguing abstract images involving color from ordinary objects in a very creative way.
Last night, as I stepped outside before closing the garage door the gathering clouds really caught my attention. I spent the next 30-45 minutes playing around with different views of the swirling, rapidly changing cloud formations. I started with some normal (for me anyways) images and then the color series popped into my head and I changed what I was photographing.

Thanks James! The first image is my favorite too. I just sat on the edge of the road watching the sky and clouds transform as the storm rolled in. It was such a nice evening pointing the camera to the sky. Enjoy the coming weekend!
