Keeping with my Photo Hunt theme and trying to hold off the excitement of leaving for my happy place in nine days, here are a few images around Disney’s Boardwalk area. The Boardwalk is not only a resort nestled on Crescent Lake next to Epcot it is a destination unto itself. Whenever I stay at a resort around the lake I spend a considerable amount of time exploring and enjoying this area. It is a great place to go for a walk in the early morning or late evening. Although I will not be staying at any of the resorts here this visit, I always make a trip over to relax and escape the people in the parks…

So nice! I really want to go back to Disney….. I haven’t been in about 20 years!!
Enjoy your trip! I can’t wait to see the photos you come back with.
Wow! Sounds like me 12 years ago. I hadn’t been in over 20 years and then took the kids in 2002. It has been a great obsession for me ever since.
This looks like a very peaceful spot. So different from the usual hub-bub of Disney. Its been 9 years since my family’s last trip to Disney – my girls were in 5th and 3rd grade at the time. My favorite photo from that trip still hangs on my fridge (my girls “goofing around” at Epcot’s Flower and Garden festival)
That is what I’m heading down to Disney for next week. The Flower & Garden Festival starts on March 5th. It isn’t because I’m trying to escape from all this cold and snow. 🙂
Really nice shot especially of the water.
Thanks! The reflections in the water are what initially caught my eye…
You’re welcome!
