Faded Glory

Revisiting past images

I have been happy with the results of my recent floral images of subjects past their prime. I looked into my previous posts and found quite a few more beauties I wanted to revisit. I’m also working to add a gallery to this blog’s home page for Faded Glory. Here are a few I found from 2016 & 2019…

Faded Dreams
Olympus OM-D E-M1, M. Zuiko 60mm f/2.8 Macro, 1/125s, f/2.8, ISO 200

as goes the summer…
Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II, M. Zuiko 60mm f/2.8 Macro, 1/1000s, f/2.8, ISO 200

Summer Slips Away
Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II, M. Zuiko 60mm f/2.8 Macro, 1/1000s, f/2.8, ISO 200

  1. I remember when I first started reading your blog how much I appreciated the camera settings being on each image because I was just beginning to sort that stuff out. Now I still study the setting you’ve chosen and learn something nearly every time.

    • The first photography book that I read was Bryan Peterson’s “Understanding Exposure” and each picture in the book had the settings. I basically stole it from that book… 🙂
