By now we all know my penchant for photographing benches. The bench with the implied invitation to sit and enjoy the view fascinates me. Add wonderful lighting and the camera is heading toward my eye before the thought to capture the picture has even crossed my mind.
The interesting part, at least to me, is that I rarely sit on the bench.
I should follow my own advice. Next time…

Oh yes, you should definitely take your advice sometime. I find the practice of sitting on a bench and taking in some beautiful surroundings quite soothing.
I’m slowly learning to not always be in a hurry when I’m out with the camera. I think I rush around in fear of missing a picture which is crazy since I can always return another day. It is time to sit and enjoy…
