The weather app indicated cloudy conditions but clearing for the day. Perfect for sunrise images. No wind either which had me thinking the canal would be calm and like a mirror. I was right. Summer is coming to a close. This weekend is the Ring of Lights around the lake. There will be a bonfire on the beach with a fireworks display. For me, this event signals the end of summer. The weather is expected to be perfect this weekend. I’m looking forward to exploring…

Last evening I went to the lake for the sunset. There were not a lot of people. Other than the seagulls, I had the beach to myself. After the sun set, I grabbed an eight image set of the view from the beach. I created this panoramic from those images.
