The view of S.S Down The Hatch from across Echo Lake at Hollywood Studios before Disney decided to remove all the trees. I understand they wanted to create more viewing space for the fireworks show, but I feel it diminishes the character of the park. I wish it wasn’t always about packing a park full of people and there was a return to the smaller details I have always enjoys about the parks…

My Favorite Bend

There is a great spot over by The Seas with Nemo attraction in Future World at Epcot where you can look back along the monorail track towards The Imagination Pavilion and capture a great image of the monorail. If you do this late in the day the sun will contribute a nice glow. I love this spot because I’m partial to reflections and the curve in the beam presents the passing monorail with an interesting profile. I have probably captured images from this spot multiple times on each visit to Walt Disney World.

International Flower & Garden Festival, Epcot – 2017

Surprisingly, I’ve decided to take a little break from Walt Disney World. I will not be going down this Spring to partake in the International Flower & Garden Festival. I do like this image of Sorcerer Mickey from Fantasia with the monorail passing in the background. Hopefully I’ll recover from this Disney funk and make the trip down next year.
