Thirty in Eleven – TIE04
I’m not sure it is a good thing that I was thinking about making these cookies all day at work. I knew with the sun setting early that my time outside would be limited and that if I made the cookies I would have a good subject for the fourth image in my project. Oh, and I could also eat some of them if they turned out OK.
Pssstt… they did! Quite delicious. Pumpkin spice cookies with cream cheese frosting. Just a little past Halloween but definitely in the fall spirit. My department at work will be happy as they get the bounty of my cooking experiments. No way I can leave these at home, they wouldn’t last long and I would be putting on the pounds.

Packet mix. Bummer. May not even find them in Aus. Cheers anyways. I’ll have a look online see if I can fond something similar. 🙂
I’m not a big pumpkin spice person – but your cream cheese frosting would sell me on a bite of these! 😉
The frosting did make them for me. Without it they were just OK.
