Columbus Botanical Garden
Hello?
Wait, who is this?
It’s me!
Who?
I know, I’ve been a little quiet lately.
A little? Try a lot!
Yeah… sometimes, the words don’t flow.
Flow? They weren’t uttered!
I get it, let it go.
Fine!
I think this post (The fungus among us) by Robin over at the breezes at dawn blog was still on my mind when I went to the botanical garden Sunday morning. I’m not generally looking for the fungi but these little buggers jumped out at me. Luckily, I was the only one there so early in the morning because I was crawling all over the lawn looking for the best angles… 🙂
The first three images are different angles of the same one. I was looking for the right background as well as a view to highlight the detail. In the first image the background is the grass, a bunch of flowers for the second and a bright tree for the last one. In the end I liked all three… lol
