France Pavilion, Epcot, Walt Disney World

One of the reasons for my November trip to Walt Disney World last year was to experience the Festival of the Holidays at Epcot, as well as see all the parks decorated for the season. One of the activities at Epcot that I wanted to catch was the holiday storytellers in each country. I remember the fun we had with the kids years ago and was hoping to catch that lightning in a bottle. Although there have been changes from what I remember so many years ago I did have a good time. Night Into Day

My timing could not have been any better yesterday morning. I went down to the barge canal at Bellamy Harbor to capture the sunrise. There were still some clouds in the sky and with the sun still a half hour away from making an appearance I was able to capture a panoramic view of the harbor that goes from a night scene to a sunrise scene.

I generally try to shoot my panoramics in portrait mode. With the harbor having quite a large viewing angle I needed 9 individual shots to create this image. Lightroom does a really good job at stitching the pano together. Once I had what I wanted it was a few minor adjustments and tweaks to achieve my results.
