Thursday evening was the final opportunity for me to experience Ricardo Soltera’s La Calavera Catrina exhibit after sunset. I was excited a few weeks ago when I received the email reminder for the after hours event to wander the gardens and view the statues illuminated while experiencing cocktails, themed snacks and music. The special event was only offered three consecutive Thursdays and I was determined not to miss out.
