Museum of Aviation, Robins AFB

This week is the Blackbird Days at the Museum of Aviation at Robins AFB. I decided to forget about work on Friday and return to the museum for the event. For those unfamiliar, the Blackbird is the name of the SR-71 aircraft, a long-range, high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft. The particular aircraft on display at the museum is the one that holds the world speed record for a manned jet aircraft at a speed of 2193.167 mph, or Mach 3.3.
