I promise I will not go crazy making images with the Lensball. But, like any kid with a new toy, I’m going to play…

The weather forecast was predicting rain for Sunday. I figured the clouds needed to start rolling in and was hoping they would make an appearance before sunset. Mother Nature did not disappoint me. I had an idea for a sunset image utilizing the Lensball and Delta Lake State Park was the best place to try it out. I was hoping for a little calmer waters but the gentle roll of waves coming to shore was not overwhelming. I had to be quick with the camera if I wanted a low enough angle. It worked out…

  1. I looked up Lensball on Amazon. I wonder about the difference between the $40 one v.s. the $15.00 one. I’m sure it’s in the quality of material…but really….would it make a lot of difference in the end result?

    • Probably not. I got mine directly from lensball.com and went with the larger one for effect. I thought it would be easier to photograph.
